Some days we just find ourselves in a situation where it seems like everyone we come into contact with is either having a bad day, or we are the ones having the bad day. And, sometimes, it appears we keep running into people who are discourteous, inflexible, miserable, passive-aggressive, rude, or dejected. We may just be uneasy ourselves. Success comes from understanding how we behave, how we react to others, and how our behaviors can influence others. If we find ourselves in a difficult situation and can enter difficult conversations with a plan, we will have less difficulty interacting with the difficult people around us.
